• Buyers can explore homes and optionally express interest through features such as Buyer Signals or paid actions (e.g. “Honks”)
• StopLyte may also provide predictive insights, which estimate potential openness based on activity and market patterns

5 · Signals, privacy & visibility

StopLyte displays signals about properties, not personal identities.

• Signals (e.g. “Open to the right offer”) may be visible on the platform
• These signals are private and not tied to your personal identity
• Your name, contact details, and identity are never shared unless you choose to connect

You control:

• Whether your property has a signal
• Whether you respond to interest
• Whether you reveal your identity

StopLyte may display predictive signals based on data and algorithms.

• These are estimates based on patterns, not facts
• They do not guarantee that a property is for sale
• They do not reflect a homeowner's confirmed intent

Predictive insights are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:

• With other users only if you choose to connect

When you make a payment, your payment information (such as credit card details) is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored or controlled by StopLyte.

StopLyte does not store full payment details on its servers.
